Week of April 8th

 

What a beautiful weather week.  The team was busy this week focusing on spring tasks.  

Team started off the week spraying greens, tees and fairways.  We were also able to get our first spray of the year in all native areas.  

Also this week we started our flower bed cleaning and applied pre-emergent weed control in preparation for mulch next week.  

There was a lot of irrigation work this week.  The team spent a couple days starting our spring irrigation audit.  Focusing on green surround heads making sure all heads are adjusted and working properly.  

The team was able to fertilize all tee boxes, practice areas and green surrounds on Thursday this week.  

Out with the old and in with the new.  This week was a big week in the shop.  We were able to remove our old lift and install our new one.  Now the mechanic's area is 100% operational.  

I wanted to remind everyone that no matter what time of year it is, golf carts are not allowed in high grass areas.
