Week of Sept. 28th

End of September and the start of October.  It was a beautiful weather week after a rainy weekend.  Our team had a great week even with losing some hours to outings and club events.

While the course was packed for a Monday outing the team used that time to get some details around the clubhouse completed and start decorating for the fall.

Rough was sprayed this week with a fungicide application and nutrient package.  This was the last fungicide application of the year, but nutrients will continued to be applied throughout the fall.

The soil conditions were just right this week after the rainy weekend to start seeding areas in the rough that didn't enjoy the summer months.  Most of these areas are high traffic areas or areas with very poor irrigation coverage.  The Ventrac with the seeder attachment is a great addition to the fleet.  Not only were we able to seed all the spots in one day, the Ventrac allows us to seed slopes that we were never able reach with other equipment.

All weekly details were completed this week.

Lastly, the team will spend the remainder of the week getting ready for our fall Member Member event and what looks like could be another rainy weekend.

Thanks for reading.
